Role
A Trainee Information Manager supports the development, management, and coordination of information within an organisation. This role often involves assisting with the implementation of information management processes, maintaining project records, and ensuring data accuracy and security. They act as a point of contact for information-related queries and contribute to the overall efficiency of information management practices.
Below are some of the activities you will be involved in:
- Be accountable for assisting with the management, and coordination of the CDE on a project
- Be accountable for the interaction with the project team, ensuring IM queries and potential issues are raised and managed through to completion
- Be accountable for assisting in the delivery and implementation of Dalkia’s ISO19650 processes for Project Delivery
- Be accountable for assisting in the utilisation of Dalkia’s CDE and information management process
- Maintaining detailed project records and production of detailed reports in various formats
- Assisting with reporting on project/s development against the programme, deliverables and KPI’s
- Assisting with the management of the ISO 19650 process audit or feeding into the audit with complete information and examples
- Assist in collecting lessons learned on projects and sharing knowledge and learning

Training
- 24 months duration, including End Point Assessment
- Blended approach to learning (visiting site, Microsoft Teams/Zoom meetings every month to provide thorough teaching and learning, set assignments and to provide support)
- Monthly progress reviews to discuss expected progress v actual progress/interventions/additional support
