Product Coordinator
We are working with an exciting client to find a Product Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a varied, hands-on role sitting at the intersection of digital platforms, communications, and customer experience.
You will take ownership of key engagement tools used by occupiers, visitors, and stakeholders across the site, working closely with external technology partners to deliver a seamless user experience and drive meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain digital engagement platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing
- Monitor platform performance and user analytics, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and user experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for external platform providers, coordinating issue resolution and ongoing enhancements
- Support the management and administration of visitor-facing systems and processes
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners and businesses to develop value-added initiatives and offers
- Assist with the delivery of customer engagement activities, events, and experience-led campaigns throughout the year
- Produce regular reports and insights on platform performance, engagement levels, and operational activity
- Support onboarding activities for new occupiers and stakeholders
- Contribute to customer feedback programmes and annual surveys to help shape future experience initiatives
About You
- Degree qualified, or equivalent professional experience, in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience managing digital platforms, websites, apps, or content management systems (CMS)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable analysing data and producing reports to support decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with third-party suppliers and partners
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Desirable
- Experience with customer engagement platforms, workplace technology, visitor management systems, or similar digital products
- Background in digital operations, product coordination, customer experience, marketing operations, or technical support
- Experience supporting events, community engagement, or occupier and customer programmes
