We are looking for an experienced Data Insights Lead to join our clients growing Data and Insights team. You will play a vital role in supporting the data strategy and leading a growing team of Data analyst and Database Admins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead a team of data professionals.
- Manage the workload, mentor and perform general line management duties to your team.
- Collaborate technically with cross-functional teams on various data projects.
- Generate, analyse, and present reports various business stakeholders.
- When required offer support to the service desk team during incidents.
Key Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Strong experience working with SQL and Power BI
- Ability to read Python code
- Generating and presenting data insights reports
- Strong demonstrable skills in people management (team leadership, 1 to 1's, workload management)
- Project management skills (working with cross-functional teams and resource management etc)
- Stakeholder management
Desirable:
- Experience in Data Science
- Knowledge and/or experience of Machine Learning
