Field Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Field Engineer to lead the installations team. The role offers leadership and improvement opportunities alongside an opportunity to continue building out an ever-growing team.

Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to:

• Installation and Setup: Install and configure point of sale hardware and software systems at customer locations, ensuring they are properly integrated with existing infrastructure.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and make necessary repairs to ensure uninterrupted system functionality.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and employees on how to use and troubleshoot the point-of-sale systems effectively.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in point-of-sale technology and remain proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, inventory, and equipment status, and provide timely reports to the service team and management.
• Customer Relations: Foster positive customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.
