Structured Cabling Engineer

DCS Recruitment currently seek an experienced structured cabling engineer in Workington on behalf of a national client.

Responsibilities and desired experience:

• Test Cat6 and Cat6a within a new build site
• Must be experienced with termination both CAT6 and 6a as depending on snagging, there may be re-termination any fails required.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a valid ECS/Equivalent industry related card e.g. datacoms, network infrastructure, cabling installer
• Have a minimum of 2 years industry experience as a data cabling installer
• Be able to provide relevant work references prior to start
