Capability Manager

Associate / Contractor - RAF Programme Support Day Rate: £650-£700 Inside | 6-month contract | Hybrid (RAF Command / Farnborough, 1-2 days per week on site)

We are seeking an experienced Associate/Contractor to support a high-profile programme within the RAF. This role would suit candidates with a background in ex-RAF Comms, Cyberspace, or ABM trades, who bring expertise in:

• Managing User Requirements and DLODs

• Supporting Capability Acquisition activities

• Aligning operational needs with strategic delivery

Additional experience in Cloud computing, IT, or Infrastructure is highly advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a critical Defence programme while benefiting from flexible working arrangements and a strong day rate.
