Salary: DOE £90,000+ (Negotiable)

Join us in shaping the future of financial products.

Are you a product leader with a passion for building innovative, tech-driven payment solutions that make a real social impact? We're looking for a Principal Product Manager with a strong software and payments background—ideally from a challenger banking or fintech environment—to lead high-impact initiatives that empower underserved communities.

This is a senior, strategic role where you'll combine product vision, commercial acumen, and technical depth to deliver scalable solutions in a regulated environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead innovation in payments and digital financial products, with a clear focus on driving financial inclusion.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through launch, optimisation, and scale.
  • Identify emerging technology and market trends, shaping a long-term product strategy that drives growth and engagement.
  • Provide commercial ownership, ensuring products deliver strong ROI and measurable business value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, PMO, Marketing, Compliance, and Business Operations to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.
  • Inspire and influence teams through a compelling product vision, acting as a senior product leader within the organisation.
  • Ensure strong understanding of and adherence to payments regulation and industry standards.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced products.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimise product performance and inform future development.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a challenger bank, fintech, or payments-led organisation.
  • Strong track record of delivering customer-centric, scalable digital products that solve real problems.
  • Deep understanding of payments infrastructure, processes, and emerging innovation trends.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable operating in a regulated industry, balancing innovation with compliance.
  • Demonstrated success bringing products to market and driving adoption and engagement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a genuine passion for technology-led innovation and social impact.

Why Join Us?

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping products that don't just perform commercially—but make a meaningful difference. If you're excited by complex challenges, modern tech stacks, and the opportunity to influence the future of inclusive finance, we'd love to hear from you.
