Structured Cabling Engineer
DCS Recruitment currently seek a data cabling engineer for a student accommodation project in Edinburgh on behalf of a national communications contractor.
Vacancies: 3
3 week initial expected duration, working day shifts Mon-Fri (37hrs per weeek)
Must have experience with data cabling and hardware installation, e.g. moves adds and changes within an commercial, residential environment.
The successful candidates will:
- Hold a valid CSCS or ECS - industry related accreditation is preferred e.g. datacoms, network infrastructure, cabling installer
- Have their own hand/termination tools
Below qualifications are beneficial but not essential:
- UKATA asbestos awareness
- SSSTS
- Manual Handling
- IPAF 3a and 3b
You will be asked to provide two relevant work references and right to work ID prior to start.
