Job Overview

We are looking for an RPA Developer to join our clients RPA team . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Blue Prism , along with experience in high level projects and code reviews . This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions in a Windows Server environment , utilizing SQL Server and programming languages such as .NET, SQL, and Java . You will be working on key public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism .
• Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure automation scripts are efficient, scalable, and secure .
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems and databases using SQL Server .
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing RPA workflows for enhanced performance and reliability.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with security policies and industry standards .

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have:
