This opportunity sits within an established Microsoft Partner, giving you the chance to lead end‐to‐end delivery across multiple client implementations, apply recognised Microsoft methodologies, and work closely with both technical teams and stakeholders across a range of industry sectors. You will operate in a highly client-facing capacity, managing expectations, leading workshops, and ensuring each engagement runs smoothly from discovery through to deployment and support.
As part of a partner environment, you will work with internal delivery teams, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure project teams remain aligned on scope, priorities, and timelines. You will also contribute to the ongoing refinement and streamlining of internal delivery processes, helping the practice improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across all engagements.
The organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in delivering Microsoft-focused or SaaS transformation projects. You will take responsibility for planning, governance, risk management, client communication, and successful project outcomes across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform portfolio.
Role Responsibilities: Own full project lifecycle delivery, from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support. Lead engagement with client stakeholders, run workshops, manage project scope, financials, risks, and timelines, and ensure internal resources are coordinated effectively. Champion structured project governance, maintain documentation and reporting, and drive improvements to internal delivery frameworks and processes.
Experience Required: Proven track record delivering complex software or digital transformation projects, ideally including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or wider Microsoft Cloud solutions. Strong client-facing skills with experience presenting to and managing senior stakeholders. Comfortable coordinating internal technical teams, managing RAID logs, and ensuring structured governance. Experience working with agile or hybrid delivery methods is beneficial.
Working Model: Predominantly remote, with 1–2 days per month required in the Staffordshire office for collaboration, planning sessions, or client touchpoints. Flexible working is available.
Package: Salary up to £75,000, strong benefits package, training and certification support, and clear progression opportunities into Programme Management or Portfolio roles.
Candidate Profile: A confident, organised Senior Project Manager capable of leading multi-workstream delivery in a fast-paced partner environment. Skilled in client-facing communication, team coordination, and process improvement. Able to manage multiple competing priorities while ensuring high-quality outcomes across all engagements.
