AI Design Analyst | GenAI | Copilot | Business Analyst | AI Consultant
We are seeking an experienced AI Design Analyst / AI Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of AI and Generative AI (GenAI) use cases within a complex, enterprise environment.
This is a high-impact role focused on AI workflows, prompt engineering, and Copilot solutions, working across business and technology teams to define, design, and deliver AI-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and shape AI use cases aligned to business objectives
- Design AI-enabled workflows, prompt patterns, and user journeys
- Apply prompt engineering, LLMs, and Copilot in real-world scenarios
- Conduct process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops
- Assess data readiness, feasibility, and AI risks (ethics, governance)
- Support MVP, prototyping, and AI solution design
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as AI Business Analyst, AI Consultant, or AI Product Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, Copilot
- Expertise in process mapping, service design, and user journeys
- Experience working in data, digital, or AI transformation programmes
- Knowledge of Azure AI, Power Platform, or Microsoft AI ecosystem
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
Desirable
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Understanding of responsible AI, AI governance, and ethics
