Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for remote work. As the Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at DFR, you will lead the development and execution of our technology strategy. Responsibilities include overseeing software development, setting the architecture of the platform, directing product development, and managing technical projects. Collaborating closely with the founding team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping DFR's tech-driven approach to financial education.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Development and Product Development, with a focus on innovative financial technology solutions
• Strong abilities in Strategy and Architecture to define scalable, sustainable systems
• Effective Project Management skills to lead and coordinate technical initiatives
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills for collaboration and team building
• Experience in financial technology or educational technology sectors is an advantage
• Currently studying or have achieved a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a other technical field
• Passion for reshaping financial education with cutting-edge technologies
