Location: Office-based in Stonehouse, Gloucester

Hours: Term Time Only (Monday to Friday)

Employment Type: Part-Time (9.30am to 2.30pm)

Salary: £14 per hour incentive scheme pension

We’re Windsor Telecom, a friendly UK technology company, and we’re looking for someone with strong people skills to join our team as a Customer Sales Executive. This isn’t a high-pressure sales role — it’s about building relationships, having great conversations, and making sure our customers get the support they need.

The role

You’ll be speaking with our existing and potential business customers during term time, making it ideal if you want a role that fits around school holidays. Your day will involve:

• Calling and emailing customers to check in and see how we can help them
• Chatting about their needs and matching them with the right services
• Spotting opportunities to introduce useful products or pass leads to our Account Managers
• Updating customer details in our CRM so everything is accurate
• Making sure customers feel looked after and supported

Key responsibilities

• Build friendly, professional relationships with customers
• Understand their requirements and offer solutions
• Keep accurate notes and records
• Help keep customers happy so they stay with us
