Data Assurance Analyst - Fixed Term Contract (FTC) until March 2028
Role Summary
Lead data quality assurance for asset and major works teams, ensuring accurate, complete, and reliable data to support retrofit planning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute data tests to improve data quality and integrity.
* Profile and analyse data to identify and resolve anomalies and errors.
* Lead root cause analysis and data improvement initiatives.
* Support retrofit planning using asset data and analytical tools.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory data requirements.
* Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to governance bodies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven investment decisions.
* Maintain and analyse energy efficiency data for 77,000+ properties.
Technical & Analytical Focus
* Manage and analyse data in the Parity Projects Portfolio system.
* Forecast SAP C and Net Zero progress and model retrofit scenarios.
* Develop address lists for retrofit based on energy efficiency and property type.
* Identify system improvements to reduce data capture errors.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency.
* Experience with large-scale databases and data platforms.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Power BI expertise, including DAX and M query writing.
* Proven track record in data quality, migration, or master data projects.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
