IT Infrastructure Analyst (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

Hybrid working policy: 3 days per week required in the office.

The role will be responsible for the for the day-to-day management of infrastructure topologies within the organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor various systems including Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMWare, VXRail, Cato Platform, Rubrik, Commvault, Juniper Mist, and APC.
- Respond to ServiceNow tickets (3rd line) and resolve incidents.
- Perform daily health checks of infrastructure services using management platforms like SolarWinds.
- Analyse vulnerabilities using Rapid 7 and manage patching of Servers, appliances, and Switches.
- Perform firmware updates for appliances like Kemp, Extreme APs, NetApp's, HP Servers, Rubrik, and Commvault.
- Log tickets with MSP and providers when services are impacted.
- Decommission old Servers as needed.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Windows Server 2008 - 2025
- Microsoft infrastructure technologies including DHCP, DNS, WINS, Active Directory, Group Policy
- VMware vSphere, ESXi, VSAN, VCenter
- Entra ID
- Intune
- Azure IAAS
- SolarWinds monitoring
- Networking (Cisco, Juniper)
- Commvault/Rubrik (desirable)
