IT Infrastructure Analyst (Law Firm)

Hybrid working: 2 days per week required in the office.

DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a client based in the legal industry who are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis in their London office.

The role will be required to support and maintain core IT business systems (Servers, Networking, Storage, Security, Applications) by monitoring performance, incident escalation and troubleshooting, required patching and updates of these systems. The role will provide a combination of 2nd and 3rd level support.

My client are looking for someone who has experience of managing a 365 tenancy, including its setup and security. You will ideally have knowledge of AD, Azure AD, Vmware and Intune.

Required Technical Skills;
- Windows Server/Active Directory
- TCP/IP and Networking
- PowerShell/Automation
- Azure/M365/Intune
- Windows Virtual Desktop (advantageous)
