A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior 1st Line Support Analyst/Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our Manchester based law firm on a permanent basis.
Junior 1st Line Support Analyst/Junior Service Desk Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a first point of contact for IT related queries, providing support via telephone, email, remote assistance, and face to face engagement.
* Log, prioritise, and progress incidents and service requests in line with agreed processes and service levels.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
* Provide support for core applications including Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and other business tools.
Junior 1st Line Support Analyst/Junior Service Desk Analyst
Attributes/Skills:
* Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
* Understanding of PC Hardware and operating systems
* Awareness of using Active Directory
* Experience of logging tickets in ITSM call logging software
