ServiceNow Business Analyst – Legal – London – 6 month – up to £565 per day - INSIDE IR35 - Hybrid working

My Law firm client are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join them for a 6 month contract. Working closely with internal stakeholders to define and manage requirements for a large-scale project, transitioning to ServiceNow from legacy ticketing and workflow tools.

They are looking for candidates that have focus on the HR module of ServiceNow and have implemented it previously.

My client are looking for candidates with,

• At least 5 years working experience as a BA, preferably in Legal or IT fields
• Project experience of ServiceNow platform delivery
• Direct engagement with stakeholders at all levels
• The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
• Experience of working within a Legal organization
• Demonstrated ability to help teams transition from manual processes to digital service platforms.

This role is a 6 month contract paying up to £565pd INSIDE IR35.
