IT Support Analyst/2nd Line Support Analyst - London (5 days onsite) - Permanent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a IT Support Analyst/2nd Line Support Analyst to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop, notebook, and remote user support for firm-approved software and hardware
  • Respond to user issues via walk-ups, phone, email, and ServiceNow tickets
  • Set up and configure workstations, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Support technology setups in meeting rooms, including video conferencing and presentations
  • Assist with software installations, upgrades, and user training
  • Collaborate with local tech teams on installations, rollouts, and small projects

Key Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in technology/user support roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with legal tech tools like iManage 10, Litera ChangePro, Intapp Time (DTE), and VPN/Remote Desktop
  • Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (preferred)
  • Experience in a professional services or law firm environment is desirable
