PMO Lead

Job Description

PMO Lead (Agile) - 6 Month Contract - £600 - £700 (Outside IR35) - London (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Establish and run programme governance across internal teams and suppliers.
• Lead SteerCo, working groups, RAID management and escalation processes.
• Align governance with Agile delivery and sprint planning.
• Produce executive reporting covering delivery status, risks, dependencies, budget exposure and key decisions.
• Govern scope, change control, defects, warranty and supplier obligations.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage cross-partner dependencies.
• Maintain decision logs and ensure accountability for actions and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Governance leadership within large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Strong Agile governance experience.
• Experience working with delivery teams, product owners and system integrators.
• Executive and SteerCo stakeholder management.
• Risk, commercial and supplier governance expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
