Overview

Senior QA Lead, accountable for technical QA excellence across projects and platforms. Owns automation, AI-enabled testing, non‐functional quality, and third‐party QA governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‐to‐end test delivery: strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and closure
• Own technical QA strategy (automation, AI, performance, data, non‐functional testing)
• Define QA standards, frameworks, tooling, and test architecture
• Drive Playwright (C#) automation and enterprise regression tooling
• Embed QA within CI/CD using Azure DevOps
• Own AI QA roadmap and adoption of AI‐enabled testing tools
• Provide QA governance for third‐party vendors and external delivery
• Act as QA escalation point for quality risks
• Report test progress, metrics, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–7+ years QA experience; 3+ years in a lead role
• Strong test automation coding (C#, .NET preferred)
• Playwright or Tricentis Tosca experience
• CI/CD, DevOps, Agile & Waterfall SDLCs
• Enterprise systems, integrations, and vendor management
• Azure DevOps / TestRail (or similar ALM tools)
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
