Customer Support Administrator
Are you a customer focussed individual and are looking to work in the corporate sector in the City of London for a company that offers genuine progression opportunities as an IT Customer Support Administrator?
We have an amazing opportunity for an Assistant to join an award winning leading global company in the heart of the city as part of their IT team. This role is to offer telephone/email support to internal colleagues/users in the use of the company's internal IT systems/packages.
We are looking for a confident individual who is great with people, has clear communication skills and a patient and calm personality to guide end users over the phone or on email through a step by step process to get them up and running. Whilst an interest in IT is desirable, previous IT experience is not required, this role is more about personality, customer service and having the confidence to talk people through a process over the phone.
You will be organising and booking training courses for the users, updating the intranet, logging IT enquiries and once trained offering first line support on general enquiries from internal users on how to use the bespoke internal database system.
This is an entry level, client facing role. You will be highly supported to get you up to speed on the internal systems so that you are then able to assist others internally. Confidence with Microsoft packages will be desirable.
