🧭 Product Manager – Internal Tools & Platform £70k-£80k | London (Hybrid)

A fast‐growing AI company working at the frontier of physical AI is hiring a Product Manager to own and evolve its internal tools and platform. You’ll turn a set of powerful internal systems into a unified suite that helps teams build, deploy and maintain AI applications in critical environments.

What you’ll do

• Own the internal tools roadmap and keep a clear, prioritised backlog
• Drive agile delivery — sprints, ceremonies, acceptance criteria
• Build a unified internal portal for engineering, delivery and ops
• Improve workflows and remove manual hand‐offs
• Define integrations to create smooth end‐to‐end flows
• Maintain coherence as the toolset grows — patterns, ownership, consistency
• Contribute to long‐term platform strategy for secure, privacy‐preserving physical AI

What you bring

• Experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in an agile software team
• Strong workflow and internal‐UX instincts
• Comfortable working with engineers and data scientists
• Systems thinker who brings clarity to complex tool ecosystems
• Clear communicator across technical and non‐technical teams

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML development
• Exposure to industrial, infrastructure or OT environments
• Experience productising internal tools
• Background in simulation, digital twins or physical systems
• Python/SQL for analysis; Azure or AWS knowledge
