IT Support
Our client, a Bedford based MSP, seeks a permanent Tech Support serving one of their international clients. Duties include:
* Management of incidents and requests on site at their respective locations. This includes support for the industrial environment (printers, scanners, etc.).
* Case management for standard users, VIPs, and senior management at their facilities and other locations, resolving them remotely.
* On-site support and practical assistance in the buildings where they reside, always with the support of the service associated with the request.
* Preparation of videoconferencing rooms with user profiles and, in the event of an incident, opening a case with the service provider.
* Support for senior management videoconference meetings.
* Reconfiguration of equipment.
* Being present during supplier visits to complete tasks and show them the facilities.
* Configuration of mobile and landline phones. Activation of SIM cards and coordination with the local supplier when necessary.
* Deletion or cleaning of data from updated equipment at your facilities, according to Company procedures.
* Maintenance and inventory control.
* Follow-up on escalated cases.
* Physical inventory of devices.
* Support for local suppliers.
