Global Business Development Director

DNA Recruit is representing a leading London-based Brand Experience Agency that delivers immersive campaigns and brand experiences for some of the world's most prestigious clients. Known for innovation, collaboration, and storytelling, the agency brings brands to life on a global scale, creating experiences that resonate and drive measurable impact.

As Global Business Development Director, you will own the strategy and execution of the agency's international growth initiatives. You'll identify and secure high value opportunities, drive multi market business, and position the agency as a trusted partner for global brands. You'll work closely with the leadership team, aligning business development with creative vision and operational delivery, while leading pitches, cultivating relationships with senior decision-makers, and expanding the agency's footprint worldwide.

• Develop and execute a global business development strategy to drive agency growth.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across multiple international markets.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision makers in target brands.
• Lead high profile pitch processes, ensuring compelling, insight led proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align creative, production, and account strategies.
• Track and report on business development KPIs, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
• Represent the agency at international industry events, conferences, and forums.
• Mentor and inspire teams to embrace a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration.

• Proven success as a Business Development Director or Global Growth Director within an Experiential Marketing or Events agency.
• Strong track record of generating and closing international business opportunities.
• Deep understanding of live events, brand experiences, and integrated campaigns.

• Salary: £100K - £150K + Bonus + Benefits
