Founding Go To Market (GTM) Generalist
We’re looking for a Founding GTM Generalist to own our go-to-market from day zero: positioning, messaging, content, outbound, and closing our first customers across MENA and Asia. You’ll work directly with me, speak to AI/data teams often, and run fast experiments to find repeatable traction.
What you’ll do
- Define who we sell to (AI startups, ML teams, data-heavy SaaS) and why they should choose DODIL.
- Do hands-on sales: outreach, discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups.
- Create content: LinkedIn posts, simple landing pages, short videos, and case studies about RAG, vector DBs, and AI infra.
- Test channels (outbound, social, communities, partnerships) and double down on what brings qualified conversations.
- Bring feedback from calls, POCs, and lost deals back into our product, pricing, and messaging.
You might be a good fit if
- You’ve owned or strongly driven GTM at an early-stage SaaS / cloud startup.
- You’re both strategist and doer: you can talk ICP and positioning, and also send the email and jump on the call.
- You’re good at explaining technical products simply to non-infra people.
- You like selling and storytelling, and you move fast with experiments.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to SMBs / startups.
- Background in cloud, DevTools, or infra (or you learn it quickly).
- Experience setting up basic GTM tooling (CRM, lightweight marketing automation, analytics).
