Business Administration Apprentice
You will be working within our admin team liaising with different depts to meet best outcomes. You will be required to work on our internal CRM system and speak with customers, suppliers & agencies alike. This is a varied role, and you will need to work accurately with good attention to detail whilst working towards a qualification.
Role
This is a varied role within a growing company for an Apprentice Administrator, dealing with basic admin duties and daily tasks. You will be working towards a Level 3 Business Admin qualification.
You will be working within our admin team liaising with different departments to meet best outcomes. You will be required to work on our internal CRM system as well as speaking with customers, suppliers & agencies alike. This is a varied role, and you will need to work accurately with good attention to detail whilst working towards a qualification.
Duties to include:
- Calling prospect clients to request information in order to provide them with a savings report
- Creating savings reports in a PDF business consultancy pack
- Contacting existing clients to ensure customer service and needs are met and to also cross sell other products
- Reviewing the business forecast modelling and understanding the need for a business to meet these objectives & what missing or achieving them means
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint to produce information for customers
- Using social media to drive additional lead generation
- Writing email templates in order to reduce administration time
This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the manager, which are relevant to your role within the company to meet the overall business needs.
Training
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
You will also develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to work within an office environment.
This apprenticeship is delivered in the workplace and 20% of your working time will be dedicated towards training and learning new skills
You will be allocated a tutor who will provide you with personal support and assessment at pre-arranged times.
Assessment is through a variety of methods including observations in the workplace, witness testimonies, product evidence and professional discussions.
All evidence will be logged to your electronic portfolio.
Possible full-time position upon completion of apprenticeship training.
