SAP RTR Lead
We're supporting a global organisation on a major SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation and are seeking an experienced Value Stream Lead – Record to Report (RTR) to lead the RTR workstream across multiple EMEA countries.

Travel: Europe 40–60%

In this high-profile transformation role, you'll own the end-to-end RTR value stream, driving business process design, standardisation, testing, change management, cutover, and post-go-live support as legacy ERP platforms are migrated to SAP S/4HANA. Working closely with Finance, IT, implementation partners and senior stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a successful and scalable finance transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the RTR workstream across multiple EMEA SAP S/4HANA deployment waves.
- Drive future-state process design, fit-gap analysis and process standardisation.
- Coordinate business readiness, testing, data validation, cutover and hypercare activities.
- Partner with Finance, IT, PMO, Shared Services and local business teams to deliver successful deployments.
- Champion change management, stakeholder engagement and user adoption across the programme.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years' experience in Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, Controllership or Business Process Leadership.
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, ideally across EMEA and complex multinational organisations.
- Strong Record to Report expertise, including General Ledger, Month-End Close, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with process mapping, testing, business readiness, data migration and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.
