With a strong entrepreneurial culture and technology firmly at the heart of their growth strategy, this is an organisation where IT and software development genuinely matters.Theyre looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join their ERP team and take a lead role in developing, innovating and maintaining Power Platform-based solutions across the business.The RoleYoull act as an internal SME for all things Power Platform and Dynamics CE, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to translate requirements into functional, scalable solutions. Day to day youll be building apps, workflows and dashboards, managing environments, producing technical documentation, and mentoring junior team members.What Youll Need3+ years of hands-on Dynamics CE / CRM development experienceStrong Power Platform skills across PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power PagesWorking knowledge of oData, PowerFX and JavaScriptFamiliarity with Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL ServerExperience with Lifecycle ManagementStrong troubleshooting ability and the confidence to work independentlyRelevant certifications (ITIL v4, PRINCE2) are a bonus but not essential.The PackageCompetitive salary based on experience, plus pension, health cash plan and share incentive plan.
