UX Analyst
A fantastic in-house Ecommerce/User Experience role based in Leeds City Centre is currently available to join our expanding Marketing Team here at DUSK. We are a rapidly growing and ambitious online lifestyle brand focused on providing luxury homeware at affordable prices.
We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical UX Analyst to join our growing UX team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone with a passion for data, digital experiences, and improving customer journeys.
As a UX Analyst at Dusk, you'll help us understand how users interact with our website, identify opportunities for conversion improvement, and support the team in delivering data-driven experiments. You'll be working closely with UX, Design, and eCommerce teams to help shape the digital experience for Dusk.com
This is a varied and rewarding role with exposure to all aspects of the business, offering plenty of scope for career progression in vibrant, fun environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the UX roadmap by analysing user behaviour and website performance and providing actionable insights and a/b testing recommendations
- Assist
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and others to uncover conversion opportunities
- Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on A/B tests and multivariate experiments
- Collaborate with UX, Design, and Development to validate hypotheses and implement tests
- Help maintain dashboards and regular reporting on key conversion metrics
- Stay up to date with best practices in CRO, user behaviour, and eCommerce trends
About You
- A strong interest in digital analytics, UX, and data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar (training provided)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; bonus points for SQL or other data tools
- Curious mindset with good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills — able to explain data and insights clearly
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
- Dynamic and adaptable
- Creative and keeps up with current trends
- Ecommerce or retail experience is desirable
- CMS & HTML knowledge desirable
