Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a collaborative IT Projects & Change team within a Global Law Firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of business and technology projects, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Analyse and map current and future business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Produce business cases, requirements documentation, process maps and functional specifications.
• Manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Identify risks, dependencies and potential solutions to support successful project delivery.
• Present findings and recommendations to project sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Support project delivery, vendor selection (RFPs) and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering business and technology change projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping and business process improvement.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools, including process modelling, user stories, business cases and requirements management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and process mapping tools such as Visio or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working within legal or professional services is desirable but not essential.
