DVF are currently supporting a leading London Market insurance organisation with the appointment of a Digital Business Partner to play a key role in shaping and embedding digital change across broking operations. Clients London office 2 days per week, Up to £100,000 + benefits

This is a unique opportunity for someone who sits comfortably between business operations and technology, this is not your typical project or programme role, this is a business-facing role where you become the bridge between how broking operations actually works day-to-day, and the digital platforms the client is building and rolling out

Key areas of focus include:

• London Market broking and insurance operations

• Digital transformation and operating model change

• Requirements ownership and business-led solution design

• Stakeholder engagement across business, operations and technology

• Adoption, readiness and embedding of new digital capabilities

The ideal candidate will bring strong London Market broker experience, credibility with senior stakeholders, and a track record of delivering business-led digital or operational change within complex insurance environments.
