About the Role
We are partnering with a leading international law firm in London to hire a Finance Oracle Architect & Developer . This is a highly technical, hands-on contract role focused on providing BAU support and development for the Oracle Fusion ERP system. You will play a critical role in ensuring stable system operations, building integrations, and designing enhancements- particularly around core finance modules.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide business-as-usual (BAU) maintenance and support for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system.
- Architect, design, and develop solutions for core finance modules , including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), and Order Management (OM).
- Design and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Fusion ERP with other systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Oracle Fusion performance, configuration, and data issues.
- Work closely with finance stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into Oracle-based solutions.
- Implement enhancements and customization, including workflow, automation, and data flows.
- Participate in deployments, unit testing, UAT, and support cut-over to updates or new functionality.
- Document technical designs, solution architecture, and configuration changes.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials , especially with modules such as AR, AP, GL, Cash Management, and OM.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other Oracle integration technologies.
- Excellent development skills in Oracle (PL/SQL, REST APIs, Oracle Cloud tooling, etc.).
- Deep understanding of financial processes in ERP: order-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay.
- Experience working in a regulated or professional services environment (law firm, finance, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management: ability to bridge technical and business teams.
- Ability to hit the ground running in a BAU + development context and work independently in a high-pressure environment.
