- Up to £60k per annum Are you an experienced infrastructure professional looking to join a dynamic team managing a modern, hybrid IT estate? Were looking for a hands on Infrastructure Services Analyst to support and maintain core IT services across on prem and cloud platforms. What youll be doing:
- Responding to and resolving incidents via ServiceNow
- Administering and monitoring infrastructure (Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMWare, VXRail, Cato, Rubrik, Commvault, Juniper Mist, APC)
- Performing daily health checks using tools like SolarWinds
- Managing vulnerabilities and patches using Rapid7
- Coordinating with MSPs/providers for service disruptions
- Performing firmware updates (Kemp, Extreme APs, NetApp, HP Servers, etc.)
- Decommissioning legacy servers
