Senior Systems Engineer (Security & Azure)

Currently seeking a Senior Systems Admin / Engineer with a concentration on strengthening cloud posture with Azure and developing the businesses security operations as well as workplace operations. You will have a blend of experience in Network & Infrastructure, Azure, Endpoint Management, Identity Management, and wider Security Operations.

Essential Experience

· Minimum 3+ years' hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Intune and patch management.

· Experience with Microsoft Defender suite.

· Understanding of email authentication (DMARC, SPF, DKIM).

· Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki networks.

· Experience supporting audits (Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO27001).

Desirable Experience

· Experience with E5 licensing, Copilot security, or multi-tenant Azure operations.

· Certifications in Azure (AZ or SC) and or Security

Role is paying £50-55,000 and requires a few days a week on-site in the offices near Croydon / Epsom.

Note - this is not a Security Engineer OR Cloud Security Engineer role, we are looking for a Systems Admin / Engineer who has been concentrating on maturing cloud and security operations.
