Hours: 7-hour shifts between 8am–7pm, Monday–Friday
Are you the kind of person who enjoys being the "fixer" when tech issues strike? We're looking for a confident and approachable 1st Line IT Service Desk Technician to join a busy, people-focused law firm in London.
In this role, you'll be the first port of call for staff needing IT assistance, resolving day-to-day issues, answering queries, and making sure more complex matters are passed on quickly and accurately. You'll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring colleagues feel supported.
You'll be joining a team that values collaboration, encourages learning, and genuinely celebrates progression. Many team members have built long-term careers here, moving into more senior technical positions thanks to the training and support available.
