GenAI Infrastructure Consultant is needed for a long term contract
We are looking for an experienced Consultant specialising in GenAI infrastructure and cluster management to support a large-scale AI and GPU data center environment. This is a long-term engagement where you will be Embedded in day-to-day operations, acting as a trusted technical expert and advisor.
The assignment will begin with an onsite phase of approximately four to six months in Norway, after which the role can transition to remote working.
The role is expected to start in January 2026 and will run for 12 months full-time, with the possibility of extension.
As the GenAI Resident, you will play a key role in integrating and optimising AI platforms within an existing infrastructure landscape. You will be responsible for ensuring that AI and GPU environments operate reliably and at peak performance, while also supporting the customer's teams through hands-on guidance and structured knowledge transfer.
You will bring strong practical experience working with Dell PowerEdge platforms, including the XE series, R760xa and R750xa Servers, alongside deep expertise in GPU hardware from NVIDIA and AMD. Experience in large data center environments is essential, as is confidence working with Dell OpenManage, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu, and Omnia in complex clustered environments.
You will support change and problem management activities, evaluate proposed changes, and provide clear technical recommendations. Following implementations, you will help plan next steps and ensure knowledge is shared effectively across teams.
Collaboration is a core part of the role. You will work closely with our customers resources, including Designated Support Engineers and Onsite Field Service Engineers, to ensure that hardware, platform, and operational issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. For larger incidents or upgrades, you will help coordinate with remote experts to minimise impact and downtime.
