Oracle SaaS HCM Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Oracle SaaS HCM Consultant to join an engagement starting in early January. The role will focus on functional support, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational stability of Oracle HCM Cloud.
The consultant will provide hands-on support across Core HCM, Recruitment, and Helpdesk/Case Management, working closely with HR users and technical teams to resolve issues, support BAU activities, and ensure the system runs smoothly. Strong troubleshooting and production support experience is essential.
Required experience:
- Oracle SaaS HCM Cloud (Core HCM, Recruitment, Helpdesk/Case Management)
- Proven troubleshooting and support capability in live environments
- Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders effectively
