Senior Implementation Specialist - Dell PowerScale

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to support the deployment, administration, performance troubleshooting, and operational support of Dell PowerScale storage systems in a high-performance compute environment. The candidate will serve as an extension to our customers internal team, helping to manage infrastructure, resolve tickets, and contribute to upgrades and performance initiatives.

Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience with Dell PowerScale all-Flash nodes
• Strong understanding of NFSv3 and PowerScale 301-level administration
• Experience with performance troubleshooting in PowerScale environments
• Exposure to high performance compute (HPC) scenarios
• Familiarity with JIRA and Grafana for issue tracking and monitoring

• Capable of operating autonomously as part of a distributed infrastructure team
• Open to long-term engagement with enterprise clients

Additional Information:

Candidate will be provided with a customer laptop and system access.
