The role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dynatrace SME to join our team and lead strategic engagements around Dynatrace’s observability platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, understands enterprise IT ecosystems, and excels at uncovering business needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- \nAct as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning Dynatrace solutions to meet strategic goals.\n
- \nLead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations with C-level stakeholders and technical teams.\n
- \nCollaborate with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling value propositions.\n
- \nDrive pipeline growth through targeted outreach, relationship building, and strategic account planning.\n
- \nStay current on Dynatrace capabilities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.\n
- \nManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.\n
- \nLeverage the DXC Dynatrace partnership network\n

Requirements:
\n
- \n
- \nProven track record in consultative selling within enterprise software, preferably in observability, APM, cloud, or DevOps domains.\n
- \nStrong understanding of Dynatrace and similar platforms (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics).\n
- \nExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.\n
- \nAbility to build rapport with both technical and business stakeholders.\n
- \nExperience working with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.\n
- \nFamiliar with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, BANT or other\n
- \nMaster degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.\n
