SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant
Job Description DXC Technology is expanding its SAP SuccessFactors delivery capability across the UK and Europe. We are looking for skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultants who can engage throughout the full project lifecycle and deliver modern HR solutions for clients across different industries. About The Role The SAP SuccessFactors EC Functional Consultant will design, configure, and optimize Employee Central to support global HR processes and integration with payroll systems such as ECP. This role requires expertise in EC configuration, data models, security, workflows, and business rules, as well as strong interaction with HR and IT stakeholders. Due to the nature of our clients work we can only consider sole British Nationals that have lived and worked in the UK consecutively for the past 5 years, unfortunately we are unable to consider dual nationals currently. Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors EC: Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, Foundation Objects, and Position Management.
- Lead EC solution design sessions aligned with HR transformation goals.
- Work closely with ECP teams to ensure EC structures support payroll replication.
- Manage EC data migration, validation, and data quality governance.
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications (time, payroll, analytics).
- Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and lead EC cutover activities.
- Provide advisory on EC best practices, release upgrades, and governance.
- Train HRIS teams and support ongoing EC operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC.
- Deep knowledge of EC Data Models, RBP, MDF, and Position Management.
- Experience integrating EC with ECP, payroll, or time systems.
- Strong HR process design and global template implementation experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors EC certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or similar.
