- \nProvide first and second level technical support on incidents and problems\n
- \nMonitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality\n
- \nCreate, maintain, and utilise documentation\n
- \nAssist building compliance with processes and policies\n

- \nProficiency in UNIX/Linux systems (Red Hat, Debian, Solaris, AIX, etc.)\n
- \nShell scripting (Bash, KornShell, etc.)\n
- \nInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef\n
- \nProcess and job control (cron, at, systemd timers)\n
- \nNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NFS, SSH, FTP)\n
- \nFilesystem management (LVM, ext4, XFS, ZFS)\n
- \nPerformance tuning and monitoring (top, vmstat, iostat, sar, netstat)\n
- \nExposure to automation software such as Ansible/Puppet\n
- \nKnowledge of scripting with Bash, Python, and/or Git\n
- \nExperience of AWS\n
- \nAutomation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)\n
- \nVirtualization and containers (KVM, VMware, Docker, Podman)\n
