As part of this expansion, we are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to join our UKI team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across the full SAP programme lifecyclefrom shaping solutions during pre-sales through to leading architecture across large-scale S/4HANA transformation programmes.We are particularly interested in Solution Architects with experience delivering SAP solutions within Aerospace & Defence organisations. Candidates with strong experience across Manufacturing, Engineering or other highly regulated industries will also be considered. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive and will provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process.Due to the nature of our clients and security clearance requirements, successful candidates must be sole UK Nationals that have lived and worked in the UK consecutively for the past 5 years.What You'll Be DoingAs a trusted SAP Solution Architect, you will:Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics.Design and govern SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield and Selective Data Transition programmes.Partner with client executives, enterprise architects and business stakeholders to define future-state business and technology roadmaps.Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solution designs, integration architectures and process models.Provide architectural governance throughout delivery, ensuring alignment with SAP best practice and Clean Core principles.Work collaboratively with functional, technical, integration, data and testing teams to ensure successful programme delivery.Lead architecture reviews, design authorities and solution assurance activities.Drive innovation through SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics, Cloud Integration and SAP Business AI capabilities.Mentor consultants and architects, contributing to the continued growth of DXC's SAP capability.Pre-Sales & Client EngagementThis role has a strong client-facing consulting focus. You will:Lead solution design workshops with prospective and existing customers.Shape innovative SAP transformation solutions during the sales cycle.Support and contribute to RFPs, RFIs, proposals, solution estimations and commercial responses.Present solution strategies to executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs and business leaders.Collaborate with Sales, Client Partners and Delivery teams to develop compelling customer propositions and grow DXC's SAP business.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for an experienced SAP consulting professional who combines deep SAP expertise with excellent consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills.Essential ExperienceExtensive SAP consulting experience gained within a consulting organisation or systems integrator.Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.Experience leading architecture across Greenfield, Brownfield and/or Selective Data Transition programmes.Strong pre-sales experience including customer workshops, solution design, proposal development and bid support.Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with senior business and technology stakeholders.Experience developing enterprise solution architectures, integration strategies and deployment roadmaps.Industry ExperienceWe are particularly interested in candidates with experience delivering SAP programmes within:Aerospace & Defence ( strongly preferred )ManufacturingEngineeringIndustrial ProductsSecure GovernmentExperience supporting highly regulated organisations with complex engineering, manufacturing or supply chain operations will be highly advantageous.Technical ExpertiseStrong knowledge across SAP S/4HANA together with experience in several of the following areas:Finance (FI/CO)Materials Management (MM)Sales & Distribution (SD)Production Planning (PP)Quality Management (QM)Plant Maintenance (PM)Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)Procurement & SAP AribaHuman Capital Management / SuccessFactorsExperience with:SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)SAP FioriSAP AnalyticsRISE with SAPSAP Cloud solutionsIntegration architecturesData migration strategieswould be highly beneficial.Skills & CompetenciesYou'll be someone who:Thinks strategically while remaining delivery focused.Builds trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.Has excellent consulting, presentation and facilitation skills.Is comfortable influencing executive audiences.Balances business outcomes with technical excellence.Enjoys solving complex business challenges.Thrives in collaborative, multi-disciplinary delivery teams.Is passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.Methodologies & ToolsExperience with:SAP ActivateSAP Solution ManagerSAP Cloud ALMJIRAConfluenceSignavio, LeanIX or ARISTOGAF or Enterprise Architecture frameworksAgile and Hybrid delivery methodologieswould be advantageous.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.SAP S/4HANA Certification (Finance, Logistics or Solution Architecture preferred).TOGAF certification would be advantageous.AWS, Azure or Cloud Architecture certifications are desirable.Why Join DXC Technology At DXC Technology, you'll work with some of the UK's most complex and innovative organisations, helping them transform their businesses through world-class SAP solutions.
