Tech Sales Apprentice Level 3
A telephone-based sales development role focused on generating new business, qualifying leads and arranging appointments. You’ll gain hands-on experience, structured apprenticeship training and develop valuable sales skills while learning how technology solutions solve real business challenges.
Role
- Make high volumes of outbound business-to-business telephone calls.
- Contact prospective customers to introduce Dynamic Technology Group's products and services.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Qualify sales opportunities using agreed criteria.
- Book appointments for the external sales team.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers.
- Follow up previous enquiries and marketing campaigns.
- Research companies and identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop product knowledge across Managed Print, IT and Telecoms solutions.
- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly activity targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospective customers.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions and apprenticeship workshops.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and senior sales colleagues.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with GDPR and company policies.
