📍 Location: Brentwood, UK

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (Minimum 4 days/week from client location)

We are looking for an experienced Bootloader Developer with strong expertise in Embedded Systems to join an exciting project working on low-level platform software and next-generation embedded devices.

🔹 Key Skills Required:

✔ Strong experience in C & C++

✔ Embedded Linux

✔ Bootloader Development (U-Boot / BSP Layer)

✔ Device Drivers Development

✔ Board Bring-up Activities

✔ Yocto

✔ Low-level Hardware Interaction

🔹 Responsibilities Include:

• Design and develop bootloader and low-level platform software

• Perform hardware bring-up for new platforms/SoCs

• Debug boot, firmware, and power-on related issues

• Optimize boot time and memory usage

• Develop and maintain embedded platform components and device drivers

• Collaborate with hardware, security, and platform teams

🔹 Preferred Experience:

✅ RDK-B / RDK-V

✅ STB or Networking Router Exposure

✅ Secure Boot & OTA Recovery

✅ Python

🔹 Soft Skills:

• Strong debugging & problem-solving mindset

• Ability to handle production-critical issues

• Good communication and ownership mindset
