Job description

The Supplier will provide the following services:

• Analysing incoming tickets including RFX, Incidents, and Defects

• Provide L3 with all required information for incidents eg. Prepare steps to reproduce for L3

• Analysing small enhancements regarding implementation effort

• Provide a workaround for the end user

• Support UAT test activities

• Analyse Logs

• Ownership of Output solution, CCM

• Monitoring of the Tickets inflow"

Qualifications

Knowledge of CCM, Output, and other Platform Solution topics

Good to have - Assentis, ACP, vFiler, Belegeserver, MQBridge
