We are looking to build a high performing sales team and have the following vacancy;
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:
- Wholesale & Reseller Channel Management: Lead and grow relationships with existing wholesale and distribution partners, ensuring Dahua remains their preferred brand.
- Strategic Growth & Hunting: Actively prospect, recruit, and onboard new wholesalers, electrical distributors, and security resellers to increase market penetration.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute localized sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize product sell-in and sell-through within the channel.
- Market Intelligence: Identify customer needs and analyze competitor activity to provide management with actionable feedback on products, pricing, and service.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide timely reports using internal CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Key Attributes:
- Proven Sales Drive: A strong track record in B2B channel sales with a focus on hitting and exceeding commercial targets.
- Industry Expertise (Highly Advantageous): Prior sales experience within security distribution, electrical wholesale, or working directly with security system integrators.
- Technical Edge: Hands-on experience with the installation of security/CCTV products is a significant advantage.
- Resilience & Pressure Handling: Highly resilient with the ability to thrive and maintain focus in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Subjective Initiative: A proactive self-starter who excels at working "on the road," balancing aggressive business development with strategic account maintenance.
- Agility: Ability to learn new video IoT technologies rapidly and translate them into value propositions for customers.
- Essentials: Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications; eligible to work in the UK; holds a full, clean driver’s license.
