IT & Security Apprentice
The IT & Security Apprentice will provide IT support, acting as the first point of contact for user queries. This includes password management, basic troubleshooting, responding to service requests, and completing introductory cyber security tasks.
Role
- Provide first line IT support
- Accurately log, prioritise and manage incidents and service requests
- Assist with hardware and software set up
- Support cyber security activities
- Follow IT processes and policies
- Contribute to a secure and efficient IT environment

Progress into more roles within IT & Security. Opportunities to complete further qualifications.
