Role Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Payroll)

Location: Leeds

Job type: Contract

Expert knowledge of UK payroll processes and proven experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud.

Guiding & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.
Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader.

Oracle EBS Payroll Techno-Functional Architect to support EBS Payroll, Absence and Core HR modules for UK public sector clients.

Technical Collaboration:

Coordinate with technical teams for custom components and integrations.

Support data migration using HDL, spreadsheet loaders, and web services.

Develop OTBI reports and customizations using tools like Visual Builder, ADF, and Oracle Integration Cloud.

Project Leadership:

Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll, etc.).

Facilitate client workshops, CRP sessions, and UAT.

Manage client expectations and relationships.

Functional Expertise:

Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs.

Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user manuals (eg, RD011, DO.070).

Guide clients on best practices and organizational design.

Support & Maintenance:

Handle quarterly updates, patching, and upgrades.

Provide post-implementation support and training.
