Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in HRMS modules, particularly Payroll and Benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, customization, and support of Oracle EBS HRMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of Oracle EBS HRMS modules, with a strong focus on Payroll and Benefits
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Manage end-to-end payroll implementations, upgrades, and support activities
- Configure and maintain Payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and statutory compliance
- Support Benefits administration including eligibility, plans, and enrollment processes
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and system defects
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, integrations, and reports
- Ensure adherence to best practices, documentation, and governance standards
- Provide user training and post-implementation support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS, with strong focus on Payroll
- Proven expertise in:
- Oracle Payroll (Core & Advanced)
- Benefits module
- Fast Formulas, Payroll processing, and statutory compliance
- Strong experience in configuration and customization
- Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and ability to work with technical teams
- Experience in implementation and support projects
